Dynastica is a groundbreaking 3D strategy game set in an exciting fantasy world with up to 50 online players in each realm sharing a truly social gaming experience. The game is currently in closed beta testing. The open beta launch date will be announced soon.

Gameplay

In each new game you represent an heir of your dynasty and form an alliance with 5 friends competing for world dominion against 10 other alliances. Each game round last about 1 to 2 months during which you can explore a vast set of skills in warfare, magic, religion and trade.

The Web Browser Client implementation is innovative in the sense that it actually runs the Client with full DirectX 3D visuals and audio within the browser. In this regard, Dynastica pioneers the next generation of social web games.

Achievements and awards

1. Initially the game prototype, called War, Siege & Conquest, was developed during a masters degree project at The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden
2. Best Game Idea at Swedish Game Awards 2004

4. Received 1.4 MSEK funding grant from Vinnova, The Swedish Governmental Agency for Innovation Systems for a project with Booster, Swedish national non governmental organization for youngsters, och The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden
