Plants vs. Zombies is a fun and enjoyable, utterly addictive online tower defence strategy game developed by Pop Cap, a leading online casual game publisher and developer. The gameplay for Plants vs. Zombies is simple Yet challenging: you must defend your house against the approaching zombie horde by using the flower power in your garden.

In Plants vs. Zombies, you are immersed in the plant world where you gather and collect sunlight by slightly rapping the balls that tumble from the sky or are harvested by sunflowers you plant. Upon your collection of Sublight that is equivalent of ingame currency, you can spend it on growing as more as plants which could be used to fight against zombies. There are more than 40 kinds of plants in total, such as Potato Mines, Pea shooters, Cabbage-pults; you can choose 10 kinds at most in each round. The various plant abilities range from firing projectiles at zombies, turning zombies against each other, quickly exploding and wiping out an area of zombies, and slowing down zombies. Finding a perfect mixture is essential as you have to defend your front door as well as balance your resources.

The almost 30 kinds of zombies of different shapes and sizes have different attributes, in particular, speed, damage tolerance and abilities. As you progress in the game, the zombies will include those wearing makeshift armor, those that are able to jump or fly over plants, and even a disco zombie that is able to summon more zombies from the ground. In each level, zombies will approach the house randomly except at some special points. But don’t panic, a meter on screen would show an approximate timeline, so that you could well prepare for the waves.

The game includes five unique modes: adventure, mini-games, puzzle, survival and zen garden. You can experience the adventure-free fun and show off your zombie-zapping skills by going through the 50 levels. At the same time, you can also enjoy great graphics, sound, music and humor.
