In CopaSocca you are the next big-time pro football player! As the captain of a small football team, you assume leadership to reach the ultimate goal: to play in the Copa League. Yet there is a lot to do before you get there: train, earn money, win matches, compete against friends, receive awards, move up in the leagues and on and on…

All aspects about you and your avatar can be found in the Profile.

With increasing experience, and then at every level up after that, you receive Attribute points that you can distribute to your various attributes. If you didn’t do it when you reached the level up dialogue, you can still do it in the Profile Overview to the lower right. By the way, in this area you can use the refills that you have bought or received as a gift, too.

Simply go to Setup to change your name and your avatar’s appearance. To keep the game as authentic as possible we have to levy a small charge for the name registration office when names are changed. You will also find all of your gear again in the Setup.

Training:

Each Training costs you Energy points, but in return you increase your Skill values at the same time for every 5 Skill points. Each Skill increases different Zones (Defence, Midfield, Offence). Alongside the Skills you’ll find the icons for the Zones in which that Skill is increased. Zone Power is important to be able to win Matches.

The higher your Skill value is, the more Special Moves you have at your command on the football pitch. In the course of the game this leads either to more chances for goals or to a better defence.

At certain points during Training you are going to be asked about better, more professional equipment. As soon as this query appears you can buy the required item directly in a pop-up by clicking on it, and then immediately carry on with training after having made your purchase.

Jobs:

If money is too short for you to buy yourself new gear, you can earn Cash through Jobs.

Some Jobs also help you to gain new Fans, for instance Interviews.

You master your expertise with every single action you perform on a Job. The horizontal progress bar beneath the Job Icon shows you your current status. Once you have mastered a Job you receive +20% greater payment from then on.

Matches:

Each Match is influenced by the following values: Team Power, Skills, Fans and Luck.

The Matches you are going to play are calculated. The pitch is subdivided into 3 Zones thereby: Defence, Midfield and Offence. The values for the individual players on a team are compared with each other in each Zone. The team player with better Skills decides whether he moves one Zone further or receives a chance to score a goal. The higher his Skill value is, the more Special Moves he has in his repertoire, and accordingly receives more chances to score in the course of the Match.

Besides Skills, the number of Fans and the amount of your Luck attribute also have a positive influence on your performance. As a result, sometimes there is even a chance to beat stronger opponents!

If you only have a little Luck or want to stay on the very safe side that you’re going to win, then you should use Boosts (can be bought at the Store). Power in any Zone can be increased by a Boost, and there are also Boosts that increase the power in all the Zones at once.

As an alternative, you can change your tactics, too. This influences the Zones as well. However, these changes also have their disadvantages, so pay attention to any information about them.

There are 7 League levels: 6th, 5th, 4th, 3rd, 2nd, 1st and the Copa League.

In each League you compete against 23 other teams in order to move up or down. Only the top teams are going to be able to move up.

You have 7 days to secure league promotion, because the rule is 1 week = 1 season.

If your Team Power (cumulative Zone Power of all members on the team) is too low, then click on Fire/Transfer and replace the players on your team. While doing so keep an eye out for available friends, too. If none of your friends are available, all you have to do is to invite more friends to play CopaSocca!

The Trophy Room

The Trophy Room is your very own kingdom, an area that you can design all by yourself.

To change the colours in the room, click on the small circle of colours in the upper-left corner. Then you can change the colour of the walls and the floor.

To buy furniture and arrange it, simply click on the spot in the picture that you want to change. Please observe that each spot in the picture has its very own sets of furniture and decorations. In other words, if you click on 2 different spots, don’t be surprised that very different furnishings might be revealed there.

Did you know that you can visit your friends’ Trophy Rooms? To do this, simply click on their Profile Picture in the Friend Bar at the bottom of the screen. Then choose “Visit” in order to look at a friend’s Trophy Room.
