What happens when Farmville meets racing? Tales Runner happened!

A MMOSite award 2010 winner, Tales Runner, is an incredibly unique free online racing MMO. The novel racing game, without any vehicles, offers unique street-running game play experience to the players, based on a fantasy world of cute anime characters, variety of dynamic maps and fun social networking.

What make this game even more stand out are its unique game-play options including Co-Op modes and Chaos Channel, as well as its RPG elements such as individual farms, factions, marriage system, alchemy items and many more.

In particular, recently-added co-op mode offers an entirely new dimension to the game play of Tales Runner, as eight players play together to fight against a giant boss called Nemesis. Players need to communicate and cooperate actively with other players to successfully complete the map.

The addicting game boasts many other various modes including single, 8, 30-player, team and relay modes, and many channels such as Chaos War where players divided into Angel and Devil factions and fight to conquer the land. For this ultimate racing battle, all players are given a chance to select and fight for their factions and win rare rewards items.

Besides racing, players can also enjoy decorating a farm, growing crops to gain EXP, organizing wonderful weddings, and exploring an extensive alchemy system that players can use to craft items to help improve their stats.

Tales Runner is scheduled to add yet another unique feature “Trivia Mode” early in 2011, pushing the category beyond the simple racing genre to appeal to a broader audience.
