Available in Japan since November 2006, Dynasty Warriors Online is a massively multiplayer online game based on the hit series of action games 真 三国无双, and inspired by traditional Chinese legends.

Dynasty Warriors Online (DWO) is a free to play massively multiplayer online combat game set in the “Time of the Three Kingdoms in China. The emphasis is on action-packed gameplay, and large-scale battles with hundreds of participants.

Inspired by traditional Chinese legends (the myth of the Three Kingdoms), Dynasty Warriors portrays the clash of kingdoms of Wei, Shu and Wu of the game is particularly strong on fighting, pitting the player with countless enemies. This game can be deemed as a martial arts MMORPG, because players need to have the ability of mater and practice the martial arts to win the battles and figthings.

Choose your allegiance and fight for the glory of your Dynasty. Lead your faction’s forces against a corrupt emperor and take control of the beautiful and ruthless ancient China.

Updates: the Closed beta for Dynasty Warriors Online is set on Octomber 12, 2010, and the publisher Aeria Games partnered with GameSpot to giveaway over 2000 exclusive beta keys to experience this Three Kingdoms themed MMORPG ahead of such schedule.

Head-to-head battles: Through one-on-man battles, which take up to 24 gamers against each other, develop the abilities of the characters.

Epic online battles: war by supporting armies consisting of non-player characters of multiple game levels, including a player-versus-player battles, taking territories, story-based battles, etc.
